Vermentino di Gallura reaches the top of elegance with this spumante brut wine: a fine perlage, a velvet sensation and a pleasant aromatic freshness.

Classification: Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Spumante Brut.
Vine variety: Vermentino.
Vinification: in steel tanks at controlled temperature. Second fermentation using the Charmat method in small autoclaves with long periods on the yeasts that allow for its longevity.
Organoleptic properties: straw yellow. Persistent and fine perlage. Fresh, fine, fruity and spiced scent that recalls aromatic herbs, sage and citrus fruits. Savoury and lively taste with a fresh acidity, a good balance, a medium body and a long, aromatic persistence.
Alcohol by volume: 12%.
Acidity: 6.5 g/l.
Sugar: 11 g/l.
Food pairing: particularly suited as an aperitif and with fish dishes.
Serving temperature: 8 – 10 °C.
