Vine variety: Vermentino.
Vinification: fermentation off skins at 18 °C.
Organoleptic properties: straw yellow with greenish glints. Elegant and refined with a typically aromatic scent. Slightly spicy flavour, with hints of vanilla, a good body, smooth and intense at tasting.
Alcohol by volume: 13.5%.
Acidity: 5.2 g/l.
Sugar: 4 g/l.
Food pairing: particularly suited as an aperitif and with fish dishes.
Serving temperature: 10 – 12 °C.
