This Vermentino – one of Piero Mancini’s masterpieces – has been created to celebrate the charm of Gallura.

Classification: Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Superiore.
Vine variety: Vermentino.
Vinification: fermentation off skins at 18 °C.
Organoleptic properties: straw yellow with greenish glints. Elegant and refined with an intense and typically aromatic scent. Balanced flavour with a good grade of taste and mineral quality.
Alcohol by volume: 13%.
Acidity: 5.4 g/l.
Sugar: 4 g/l.
Food pairing: particularly suited as an aperitif and with fish dishes.
Serving temperature: 10 – 12 °C.
